So, what will you be doing?
You’ll be focusing on our Mass Transit sector which encompasses bus, coach and rail clients. You’ll travel extensively, meeting with clients at their sites to gain a sound understanding of how we can support their success. Day-to-day, you’ll spend time on the following:
- Meeting and developing relationships with transport designers, seat makers, vehicle builders and operators
- Managing existing accounts ensuring continuity of service, and working on new business development
- Representing Muirhead at regional exhibitions
- Updating and maintaining our CRM system
- Working with internal stakeholders from areas such as QA, Technical, Sales Support, Management and Logistics to deliver projects on time and in full
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
Our Sales Managers work to build close relationships with our existing clients, and those who we’d love to work with; then maintain those over time to ensure that we are providing the best products and service for their programmes and projects. You’ll be a brand ambassador, empowered and able to showcase everything that makes us proud to be Muirhead. We’ll arm you with the technology, equipment and sector knowledge to achieve great things. It’s a busy role, and every client or potential client must be looked after with care, so you’ll need to be a go-getter.
