Unlike traditional synthetic foams, BioPRO is not constrained by pre-mixed chemicals.
Our foam chemistry delivers precise weight, and performance, with densities from 47–90 kg/m³ and shore hardness 20–70 @ 47 kg/m³.
Our in-house CAD and tooling expertise enables flexible NPD and specialist applications.
Moulded for superior comfort
BioPRO is produced from bespoke moulds for exact fit and minimal waste.
Conventional cut foams can require 20–50 separate components, adding weight, cost and complexity.
Our moulded process is efficient and consistent, offering a cost‑effective alternative to fabricated foams. It also delivers leading comfort across diverse body types and maintains its shape over time for long‑lasting support.
Performance under fire
BioPRO is naturally intumescent and flame resistant, as it forms a barrier, slowing flame spread, resulting in 60% better burn resistance than its closest competitor (tested to CS/FAR 25.853).
Conventional foams rely on abrasive chemicals that degrade foam over time. BioPRO elimates bromine, melamine and PFAS, increasing performance and reducing environmental impact.
Defiantly durable
Free from internal abrasives, BioPRO delivers significantly lower degradation than traditional synthetic foams.
Its moulded, single‑component structure maintains shape, comfort and support, helping reduce maintenance interventions and lowering operational costs.

BioPRO contains 20% protein-content recovered from our manufacturing process, replacing harmful chemicals and significantly reducing life‑cycle impact.
PFAS‑free and without melamine, bromine or titanium phosphate, it meets regulations and anticipates future restrictions, offering a safer, more responsible alternative.
At end of life, it is fully recoverable, supporting a more circular and environmentally considerate approach overall.
