Characteristics
The Grampian range is a high-quality leather with luxurious pebbled grain, suitable for use in any high-traffic environment, with a 1.2 mm substance.
On average, hides are around 4.5 square metres (48.4 square feet) and will vary in size and shape. We aim to supply hides no smaller than a minimum size of 4.2 square metres.

How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery is included in the price for all UK mainland orders.
Do you ship outside the UK?
International orders are not currently available through our website. Please contact our Muirhead Sales team at sales@muirhead.co.uk and we’ll be happy to assist.
How are the hides shipped?
Hides are carefully rolled and baled before being securely packaged and dispatched by courier directly from our warehouse in Scotland.
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed before 12pm are dispatched within two business days. Orders placed after 12pm may take slightly longer to process.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email to let you know your order is on its way, along with a tracking link.
I have a trade account; can I order online?
No. Trade account customers should continue to place orders through our Sales team at sales@muirhead.co.uk.
Can I order a sample before placing a hide order?
Yes. You can request up to six free samples online, allowing you to assess the colour, texture and finish before ordering. We recommend ordering a physical sample to ensure the leather meets your design, aesthetic and performance requirements.
Can I return an item?
Returns are subject to a 30% handling fee and must be requested within seven days of receipt. Hides must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Folded, used, cut or incorrectly packed hides cannot be accepted for return. Please contact our Sales team at sales@muirhead.co.uk, who will authorise and arrange the return collection.

Can I collect my order directly from your warehouse?
No. We don’t currently offer warehouse collection for website orders.
What size are the hides?
We supply full hides, each with its own unique natural characteristics. A typical hide is approximately 4.5m² (48.4ft²), although size and shape will naturally vary. We aim to supply hides with a minimum area of 4.2m².
How accurate are the leather images shown online?
Our website imagery is representative of the leather, but colours may vary depending on screen settings and photography. For the most accurate representation of colour, texture and finish, we recommend requesting a physical sample before ordering.
