We carefully roll (bale) your hides and ship them via courier directly from our warehouse in Scotland.

If you place your order before 12pm, we’ll dispatch it within 48 business hours. Orders placed after 12pm may take a little longer.

Yes. You’ll receive a tracking link from Shopify once your order is on its way.

Yes, up to a maximum of 6 free samples can be requested online.  

Returns are subject to a 30% handling fee, and must be returned in the same condition as it was supplied, and packed in the original packaging. Folded, used, cut or incorrectly packed hides cannot be returned. Please contact our sales team within 7 days of receipt, and they will authorise and arrange a return collection.

We don’t currently offer warehouse collection for website orders.

We supply full hides, each unique due to the natural characteristics of leather. On average, hides are around 4.5 square metres (48.4 square feet) and will vary in size and shape. We aim to supply hides no smaller than a minimum size of 4.2 square metres.

Imagery on our website is intended to be representative of our products, please be aware that the colour can vary depending on individual screen setting and digital photography.

Therefore, always request a physical sample for accuracy .
