How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery is included in the price for all UK mainland orders.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Not currently through our website. For international orders, please contact our Muirhead Sales team at sales@muirhead.co.uk, and we’ll be happy to help.
How are the hides shipped?
We carefully roll (bale) your hides and ship them via courier directly from our warehouse in Scotland.
When will I receive my order?
If you place your order before 12pm, we’ll dispatch it within 48 hours. Orders placed after 12pm may take a little longer.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes. You’ll receive a tracking link from Shopify once your order is on its way.
I have a trade account; can I order online?
Not at the moment. Trade account customers should continue to order through our Sales team at sales@muirhead.co.uk
Can I see a sample before I place my order?
Yes, up to a maximum of 6 free samples can be requested online.
Can I return items?
Returns are subject to a 30% handling fee, and must be returned in the same condition as it was supplied, and packed in the original packaging. Folded, used, cut or incorrectly packed hides cannot be returned. Please contact our sales team within 7 days of receipt, and they will authorise and arrange a return collection.

Can I arrange collection of my order from your warehouse directly?
We don’t currently offer warehouse collection for website orders.
What size are the hides?
We supply full hides, each unique due to the natural characteristics of leather. On average, hides are around 4.5 square metres (48.4 square feet) and will vary in size and shape. We aim to supply hides no smaller than a minimum size of 4.2 square metres.
