Making fine luxury leather in Scotland for over 180 years, Muirhead proudly joined Globe-Trotter and Gainsborough Silk Weaving Company Ltd to celebrate 125 years of 'The World's Most Famous Suitcase'.

This year Globe-Trotter, founded in 1897, is celebrating its 125th Anniversary. As a result, the company has released a highly collectable Special Edition of 125 pieces to commemorate its landmark year.

To celebrate the continuing tradition of handcrafting every Globe-Trotter case in the U.K., Globe-Trotter has worked with two other iconic British makers of luxury products, silk weaving house Gainsborough and Muirhead Fine Scottish Leather.

Each special edition Carry-On case is lined with bespoke Gainsborough silk jacquard with the Globe-Trotter North Star logo and covered with beautiful Muirhead leather in Heritage Brown and Heritage Navy, two of Globe-Trotter's much-beloved colours from the past 125 years.
